You can now add meal options to your rates! This gives guests more choice and helps your listing stand out. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you decide which meals are included and how to price the difference: per person, per unit, or as a percentage change from your standard nightly rate.
If meals are included in your nightly rate
-
Go to the ‘Rates’ section on your property profile.
-
Select 'Meals Included'.
-
Tick the meals that are included — 'Breakfast', 'Lunch', and/or 'Dinner'.
-
(Optional) Add a cheaper rate with fewer or no meal inclusions:
-
- Choose which meals are included in the cheaper rate.
- Choose whether the discount is per person, per unit, or a percentage deduction from the nightly rate.
- Apply your selection to specific rooms/units, or all rooms/units at once.
If meals are not included in your nightly rate
-
Go to the ‘Rates’ section on your property profile.
-
Select 'Meals Available at Extra Charge'.
-
Tick the meals you’d like to offer in an alternative rate — 'Breakfast', 'Lunch', and/or 'Dinner'.
-
(Optional) Add an alternative rate that includes the selected meals:
-
Choose whether the extra cost is per person, per unit, or a percentage increase on the nightly rate.
-
Apply your selection to specific rooms/units, or all rooms/units at once.
Why it’s worth doing
For guests:
Offering meal options gives guests the flexibility to choose a rate that suits their plans and budget. It also makes your property more appealing to travellers who prefer meal-inclusive stays — such as families, business travellers, or those looking for convenience. Being upfront about meals helps avoid surprises, makes decision-making easier, and improves the overall booking experience.
For hosts:
Providing both meal-inclusive and no-meal options can attract a wider variety of guests and broaden your market appeal. The added choice can also increase your chances of securing more bookings, as guests are more likely to find an option that works for them.
