The LekkeSlaap Rewards Programme is designed to promote and market selected properties to our loyal customer base. As a Rewards Partner, your property will benefit from increased visibility, and you’ll enjoy the advantages of loyalty voucher spending by customers who have been recognised for their continued support of LekkeSlaap.

Becoming a Rewards Partner: 

Properties are selected as Rewards Partners based on specific criteria, including customer reviews, number of bookings, and response time. If your property is eligible, we highly recommend opting in to attract more loyal customers to your property.

By becoming a LekkeSlaap Rewards Partner, you position your property to attract and retain loyal customers, potentially increasing your booking conversions. The programme’s exclusive promotions can help distinguish your property from others, making it a preferred choice for repeat customers.

Benefits of the Rewards Programme:

  • Personalised badge: Your property will receive a Rewards Partner badge on the website.

  • Increased visibility: Your property will be highlighted and promoted to a dedicated audience of repeat customers who value the exclusive perks of the LekkeSlaap Rewards Programme.

  • Loyalty voucher spending: By participating in the programme, you’ll tap into the loyalty voucher spending of our customers, encouraging more bookings.

  • Ongoing opportunities: As a Rewards Partner, your property will be included in future developments of the programme, including new initiatives across LekkeSlaap’s brands and travel partners, providing continuous promotional opportunities.

Programme validity: 

The Rewards Programme is valid indefinitely as long as you are opted in. Your status as a Rewards Partner is reviewed quarterly, and eligibility may be adjusted based on performance and other criteria.

Managing your participation: 

While the discount offered to the customer is determined by their membership tier (with a maximum of 15%), you can opt in or out of the programme at any time. However, you cannot adjust the discount percentage.

Discount application: 

The largest discount or special will be applied to the booking, meaning that the Rewards discount will not be combined with other specials you might offer. This ensures that you maintain control over the discounts available to customers while still benefiting from the programme.

Managing Discount Limits:

  • Number of Discounts: You can choose the number of discounts available to Rewards members per calendar month. This limit applies only to the first tier of the Rewards Programme (10% discount). By default, the number of discounts available is unlimited, but you have the option to limit them.

    • Unlimited: No limit on the number of discounts.

    • Limited: Set a specific number of discounts per month.

Pausing Rewards Discounts: You have the flexibility to block out Rewards discounts for up to 30 consecutive days each year. This limit applies to both tiers of the Rewards Programme (10% and 15% discounts) and is based on check-in dates. Once set, these blocked periods cannot be edited within 6 months of the selected start date and must remain in place until the period has passed.

By default, discounts are applied on all available dates for eligible members. 

Customer Interaction with the programme: 

Customers who qualify to use the LekkeSlaap Rewards Programme receive various perks:

  • Tier 1 Members: Enjoy a 10% discount on bookings at Rewards Partner properties and access to personalised vouchers.

  • Tier 2 Members: Receive a 15% discount and additional voucher benefits. To reach Tier 2, the customer must complete three stays within an eighteen-month period.

For customers, the discount is automatically applied when booking at a Rewards Partner property. Tier 2 members can also apply voucher codes during payment for additional savings.
