How do I get paid?

At LekkeSlaap, our payout methods are designed to give you the flexibility to choose how you receive your funds. That’s why we offer two different methods to suit your business needs and ensure a simple, streamlined payout process. You can choose between Bank Transfer or Virtual Credit Card (VCC) as your preferred payout method.

How it works

1. Virtual Credit Card (VCC)

• You can receive payouts via a Virtual Credit Card (VCC) at no additional fees from us. This convenient option allows you to process payments directly through your own payment provider. 

• We will load a secure Virtual Credit Card with the amount due to you and send it to you via email which only you can access and view using your ID number. You can then charge the Virtual Credit Card using your own card processing facilities to access the funds.

• Please note: You can only receive Virtual Credit Card payouts if you have your own card processing facilities. Additional fees may apply from your provider.

2. Bank Transfer

• You can receive your payouts directly into your bank account. 

• This payout method has a payment handling fee of 1.8% (excl. VAT) on the total guest payment. This accounts for the significant bank costs and efforts involved in handling every payment securely, precisely, and without delay while still at a much lower fee than is typical in our industry.

• Please note: Payouts via Bank Transfer are only available to South African bank accounts.

Getting Started 

Payment Setup

Step 1: Log in to your Host Portal.

Step 2: Go to Accounts and select Payout Settings. Here, you will be able to set up both your payout method and timing.

Setting Up Bank Transfers 

Step 1: Click on Bank Transfer under the payout method.

Step 2: Select your bank and enter your account details.

Step 3: Upload proof of bank account details for verification.

Verification: Once verified, bank transfers will be activated.

Setting Up Virtual Credit Cards (VCC)

Step 1: Log in to your Host Portal.

Step 2: Under Accounts, go to Payout Settings and select Virtual Credit Card.

Step 3: Enter the email address to which you would like us to send Virtual Credit Cards and your ID or Passport number (you’ll have to use this as the password to access the VCC details we send you).

Changing Your Payout Method

• Switch Anytime: You can change between Bank Transfer and VCC by updating the settings in your Host Portal.

• Immediate Changes: Adjustments take effect instantly. Payouts already processed will follow the original payout method chosen at the time.
