Reviewing and updating your rates regularly is crucial. It affects your ranking points and will help you avoid disappointment when guests make bookings at a default or outdated rate.
How to update your rates
Step 1: Log in to your Host Profile
Step 2: Click on ‘Pricing’ > ‘Rates’
Step 3: Choose a rate structure for each of your rooms/units. We support 3 different rate structures:
- The ‘Per unit rates’ allow you to specify one rate for the entire property, regardless of the number of guests.
- The ‘Per person rates’ allow you to specify a sliding scale of rates, charging a different amount depending on how many guests are present.
- The ‘Per adult & child rates’ allow you to specify prices for children of different ages.
Step 4: Decide whether you want to use weekend rates
- Weekend rates allow you to charge different prices for bookings that fall on a Friday or Saturday.
Step 5: Ensure your default season rate is completed

If you still need to set up custom seasons, your default season will be the base rate displayed and charged.
Step 6: Add a minimum night stay for each room/unit
Step 7: Click ‘Save & Continue’ at the bottom of the page. Your rates have now been updated.
What will it look like
Once your rates are live on LekkeSlaap, it will appear under the ‘Rates’ tab.
