Reviewing and updating your rates regularly is crucial. It affects your ranking points and will help you avoid disappointment when guests make bookings at a default or outdated rate.

How to update your rates

Step 1: Log in to your Host Profile

Step 2: Click on ‘Pricing’ > ‘Rates’

Step 3: Choose a rate structure for each of your rooms/units. We support 3 different rate structures:

  • The ‘Per unit rates’ allow you to specify one rate for the entire property, regardless of the number of guests.
  • The ‘Per person rates’ allow you to specify a sliding scale of rates, charging a different amount depending on how many guests are present.
  • The ‘Per adult & child rates’ allow you to specify prices for children of different ages.

Step 4: Decide whether you want to use weekend rates

  • Weekend rates allow you to charge different prices for bookings that fall on a Friday or Saturday.

Step 5: Ensure your default season rate is completed

  • If you still need to set up custom seasons, your default season will be the base rate displayed and charged.

Step 6: Add a minimum night stay for each room/unit

Step 7: Click ‘Save & Continue’ at the bottom of the page. Your rates have now been updated.

What will it look like

Once your rates are live on our websites, it will appear under the ‘Rates’ tab.
