What is the Rewards Host Programme?

We are updating our Rewards programme, with changes taking effect in February 2027. The updated programme gives selected properties the opportunity to offer exclusive discounts to LekkeSlaap Rewards members and Vitality Travel customers. In return, properties can benefit from increased visibility and access to more potential guests and booking opportunities.

You can configure your Rewards Host tiers for each eligible property now, before the changes take effect in February 2027.

How does the programme work?

As a Rewards Host, you offer eligible guests a discount on stays at your property. The discount they receive depends on their Rewards tier, while your contribution depends on your Rewards Host tier. In return, you get exclusive exposure to our loyal guests and our partners’ clients, a Rewards badge on your property listing to help it stand out, and the opportunity to attract Rewards members with LekkeSlaap-funded vouchers.

The programme has no fixed end date. Your property will remain opted in as long as it meets the eligibility requirements, unless you choose to opt out.

How does my property qualify?

To be eligible for the Rewards Host programme, your property must meet the following requirements:

• Guest reviews: Have an overall host rating above 4.0, based on at least three reviews.

• Response time: Have an average response time of under four hours or have Instant Booking enabled.

• Good standing: Consistently provide a great guest experience and meet our hosting standards.

How do the Rewards tiers work for guests?

Rewards members qualify for one of three tiers based on their profile and completed bookings. Each tier offers a different discount at Rewards Host properties.

• Tier 1: Guests with a verified LekkeSlaap profile qualify for a 10% discount.

• Tier 2: Guests with three or more completed bookings in the past 18 months qualify for a 15% discount.

• Tier 3: Guests with five or more completed bookings in the past 18 months qualify for a 20% discount.
