As part of our activation process, we are required to verify all properties before they can go live. The required documents depend on your property’s ownership structure and compliance with local regulations in Mozambique.
Host Identity

National Identity Card (Bilhete de Identidade) or valid passport

Proof of residence, such as a utility bill or bank statement
Property Ownership

Property Registration Certificate (Certidão de Registo Predial) issued by the Conservatória do Registo Predial Property Registry Office

If the property is rented, a lease agreement together with the owner’s written authorisation granting permission to list and operate the property
Business and Tax Requirements

Business Licence (Alvará) issued by the local Municipal Council

Tax Identification Number (NUIT) issued by the Mozambique Tax Authority

A Boletim da República may be accepted as documentation to confirm company registration and director or representative authority. Please note that it does not, on its own, confirm property ownership or land use rights.
