Where to find guest information

We make guest information available to you as soon as a booking is confirmed. This information enables you to contact the guest and share relevant information to ensure a pleasant booking experience and stay.

Step 1: Log in to your Host Profile.

Step 2: Click on 'Enquiries & Bookings' > 'Confirmed Bookings'.

Step 3: Click 'View' on the right side of the guest’s name.
